Ghee Manufacturing

Milma produces pure ghee using a combination of traditional flavour-developing techniques and modern hygienic processing. The ghee is prepared from melted cream or butter without added colour or preservatives, resulting in a rich aroma and granular texture. Milma holds export licences at Wayanad and Kannur dairies, and our ghee is exported to the Middle East, USA, Singapore and other parts of India.

Peda Production – Wayanad and Central Products Dairy (Kozhikode)

Milma’s peda is one of its most prestigious and iconic traditional milk sweets. The product is made by slowly desiccating milk with sugar to develop the characteristic caramelised flavour and soft grainy texture. Traditional preparation methods are integrated with modern equipment to ensure hygiene, consistency and longer shelf life.

Paneer Production – Wayanad Dairy

The paneer production facility at Wayanad Dairy is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and holds export license approval. Controlled coagulation, pressing and cutting ensure firm texture, freshness and superior cooking performance suitable for both household and food service uses.

Palada Mix – Traditional Payasam Premix

Milma’s Palada Mix is prepared using the authentic Kerala recipe, with technological support from the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI). The production follows export-certified standards, ensuring both traditional taste and global food safety compliance.
