Malappuram Dairy houses a modern spray drying milk powder plant with a capacity of 10 MT per day. The plant is capable of producing Skimmed Milk Powder, Full Cream Milk Powder and Dairy Whitener that meet export-quality standards. The facility ensures excellent solubility, nutritional preservation and long shelf life, making it suitable for both domestic and international markets.
Kannur Dairy is equipped with a world-class Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing line worth ₹13 crore, imported from Italy and France, with a capacity of 40,000 litres per day. UHT technology provides long-life milk without the use of preservatives by packing milk aseptically after high-temperature treatment. This ensures nutritional safety and convenience, especially in situations without consistent refrigeration.
Wayanad Dairy is equipped with a modern condensed milk plant and a continuous butter manufacturing unit. Both facilities use advanced automation to ensure consistency in texture, flavour and storage stability.
Kozhikode Dairy operates a fully automated ice cream plant with a production capacity of 10,000 litres per day. Precision-controlled mixing, freezing and packing systems guarantee a premium, smooth and hygienically produced ice cream.
